PRÁTICAS INTERATIVAS DE APRENDIZADO: AS SIMULAÇÕES DE NEGOCIAÇÕES INTERNACIONAIS COMO FERRAMENTA DE ENSINO NOS CURSOS LEA
Resumo
É crescente a utilização de metodologias de aprendizado ativo na formação acadêmica de estudantes das mais variadas áreas do conhecimento, entre elas, das simulações ou role-playing simulations. Este artigo propõe uma discussão em torno dos desafios e das possibilidades da utilização de tais atividades enquanto ferramentas didáticas para o ensino e aprendizagem das negociações internacionais nos cursos de graduação LEA. Com base na experiência do autor e na análise de literatura especializada sobre o tema, investiga-se em que medida as simulações podem ser consideradas verdadeiros ativos pedagógicos na consecução deste objetivo. Conclui-se pela factibilidade do emprego adaptado de tais práticas interativas com múltiplos ganhos pedagógicos, assim como pela desejabilidade em torno do emprego complementar de simulações com métodos mais tradicionais de ensino.
